    Pretty hard to find any "crits" here Dumay. Superb photo with excellent detail, exposure, posture, comp.

    Lovely image. All colors and contrast look very natural. Eye detail is excellent.

    Dumay you totally nailed this one. Just loved that open beak showing nerves, the eye is so clean and those tiny droplets on the back of head and throat is so clear. perfect compo perfect image Bro.

    Ditto all the positives above. Love the wide open look and the killer BKGR. The distal end of the bill could use a small bit of a clean-up if that works for you.

    Thanks all...Stu and Steve, just a borrowed lens. I took this year and a half ago... Stu I miss avian photography terribly I really hardly ever get any ops to do any here. I wish we had a Mankwe here.

    What a beautiful eye!

    I really like the framing here, Dumay. The neck running parallel with side of frame then top half of the bill shooting to the upper right corner is very appealing.
