    Ian,

    I like this one, the food source always make it interesting. Lighten the image some and emphasize the head area (eye needs sharpened and lightened). Keep working on sharpness and showing feather detail, this is a function of light, panning and exposure. Regarding the histogram, did you have data in the first two stops on the right side, looks a tad underexposed. 75% of a pictures tonality is contained in the first two stops. Nice job raising the ISO to support higher shutter speeds. Do you carry flash and a Better Beamer. Flash might have helped with detail and color. Keep em coming friend, you are a very active member and for that I am very thankful.

    Thanks, Jeff. This is the only time I've ever seen a white faced ibis holding a fish and, due to Murphy's Law, one of the times I didn't have my flash/BB with me :(

    It is just a tad underexposed, and that is an issue with the 400 in low light -- especially when I don't have my tripod with me.
