    Morteza:

    Good shooting angle to give a good quality reflection. Your bird is sharp and well exposed.

    He is angling away from us a bit, which isn't as engaging. The brown BG merging with the head isn't ideal, so going up or down to move the merge line can sometimes help. This of course can compromise other aspects of the picture, such as the reflection, so a compromise is usually necessary, but when I have the chance, I try to do several variations in camera and then sort out the best compromise in post production.

    I might be inclined to clean up a few of the circular reflections in front of the bird.

    The low angle, raised foot, and reflection are definite strong points of this image. I do agree with Randy about adjusting your shooting position to move the dividing line between earth and water. It would have strengthened the image if the bird had been looking towards us.
