This was from my last morning visiting upstate NY in October. I escaped to FL before the real storm hit

Very nice, Maureen. Super composition, colors, contrast, and tones. This was a great application for Simplify.

Maureem, I always like the way Simplify looks on snow covered branches, this is a perfect amount applied. I'm on the fence about the right side, it seems a little cut off. The hint of color on the main tree is lovely. Nice job!

Thanks for the comments, Dennis and Denise. It is a little cut off on the right side but unfortunately there's a structure there. Perhaps I can crop it differently to leave at least the main trunk of that bush intact. I'll take a look at the original.

Subtle processing and a beautiful scene! Soft and "quiet" light. You Floridians avoid the pain of the cold , but often miss the quiet beauty of Winter. Here you have captured it elegantly.

Afraid of a little snow? To be honest though, that was too much snow too early even for us hardy New Englanders.

Very lovely scene, Maureen. You perfectly captured that still, peaceful feel of a snowy winter morning. I love the subtle processing.

Nah, I just know when to get out! I grew up in New England, and the day I sold my snowblower, I vowed I'd never move back. I do miss the beauty and serenity of the first snow and the gorgeous displays each autumn, but I LOVE living in Florida
