    Default Bosque Circle Sunrise

I played around a bit with a new lens at Bosque, the Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM Fisheye Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens. It was great fun but quite challenging.... I darkened the bottom of the image here to hide the scuzz in the water.

Tripod-mounted Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM Fisheye Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens at 8mm with the 5D Mark II. ISO 400. Av mode -1 1/3 stops: .8 sec. at f/7.1. Live view mode for mirror lock and 2-sec. self timer.

Very cool, Art. The sunrise and deep blue sky, along with the fisheye lens gives this a very planet-like appearance (depending on whether you see this as convex or concave) Beautiful colors. I really like it..........I can imagine a bit of detail in the lower hemi extending the red cloud reflection to match the sky........as is, very appealing.

Neat perspective, Artie. The colors are outstanding! Looking forward to more images with this lens.

Looks great Artie! I wish Santa could bring me one but he opted for a 55" Sony Smart TV instead, LOL.

Cool image and I gotta try out that lens. The sky looks awesome, what appears to be noise is really adding to this image.

You would go bonkers with the circle lens and do great stuff with it.....

I agree that I should have lightened the could reflections more . Sometimes I wish that I saved layered files....

Very cool image and effect, Artie, love the rich colors and spherical comp., black BG really gives it strong visual impact. What a great toy to express one's creativity.

This lens looks really fun ;-) Really enjoy the comp and the pop of those bright colours against the blue sky!
