    Sid, nice shot of a reddish doing his thing! I like the leg raised at the awkward angle, and the half-stretched wings. They just shout "reddish egret". I think I recognize that bird. I'm guessing you were at Estero.

    Sid, love the lighting and contrast on the bird. The BG water has interesting colors and sharp image as always. Thanks for sharing and good to see another post from you.

    The colors, the pose the sharpness and the water splash all make for an excellent image. And what an appropriate title!

    I know that guy! He always puts on a show, and I find his plumage cool.

    sharp, well exposed, classic pose. Like the subtle color variation in the BG.

    Certainly several crop options with this pose, but works well as posted.

    Hey I recognize him too!! I like the pose, quite like I remember him. For me this guy is a bit too much to the right of the frame, but I love the aqua colours of the water BG.
