    Default Ocean waves time exposure

I was at the ocean at first light and decided to try some time exposures of waves. I liked the surreal look this had and I accentuated it with detail extractor in Color efex. I am thinking this will be the bg for a composite with something floating in that wave ( hourglass ?) or perhaps something in the fg beach (????)

Nice work, Bob. This has great composition and rich colors. I really like the sun on the closest advance of the water. Having that small amount of beach showing is a good touch. Good perspective, too.

Great perspective, colors and subject, Bob. The diagonals of the intersection of beach and first wave are what put it over the top for me. Really cool swirl!

Bob, Nice job with the long exposure! Love the way the water looks with the diagonal. You've inspired me to try a few of these. Have fun in the Galapagos!!

Beautiful as is, but I can see the potential for a composite... Has a real glassy effect. Great light.

Gorgeous sunrise in itself, but the waves breaking on the beach with a touch of sunlight really make the image outstanding!

Bob, great composition and sunrise. I especially like the foreground with the wave on the beach. Nice work

Nice one Bob, I too love the way the water blurred in the foreground!

This is lovely. I love the effect of the long exposure on the waves on the beach and the way the dark and light play against each other.
