Nice light, detail and dof. The only thing I am unsure about is the comp. It feels like a bit too much room on the rhs, needs a little bit more room on top and I wish the lower oxpecker's tail wasn't clipped. A more pano crop with the lower oxpecker eliminated might work too.
This combination of animal/bird always provides great photographic opportunity.
I would increase contrast on the face of the impala slightly...and here is a suggested crop:

Prabir - the comp is along the lines of what I was suggesting and I do like it with the additional room on top. Your repost is not as sharp as your OP or Morkel's. I think with the additional sharpening the repost will be great.
