    Default Black skimmer... skimming?

This image was made at Merritt Island last year. I have just got my MKII and thought that the high frame rate of my new camera is all I needed to made the image... I quickly found out that I was wrong.
Later I found out that for this type of shot I have to change the exposure to manual mode, so the exposure does not get affected by the changing background. By the way I read the article in DP review and was wrote by Fabiola.

I have what I consider a better technical frame from this session (better wing position and more detail) but I like this one more for the reflection.

    MKII, canon 100-400
    1/125s f/8.0 at 400.0mm iso400
    Full frame

    Thanks for comments.
Great minds think alike... Arthur Morris did the same thing to one of my images posted earlier this week, cut the bird and kept only the reflection.

I like the repost, and also give me an idea for a better composition (I think), recomendations and comments welcome.
