    Great image Joel! I like the perch, pose and BG. I would remove the food below the tail on the left side and possibly clone out the OOF part of the perch at the breast. Still a beauty as posted.

    Joel,

    Really like this shot and agree with Jim's critique. Perch might be too dominate, consider taking some off the bottom. Nice pose very regal position.

    Very nice image. I like the composition and positioning of the head. Agree with others regarding the perch dominating and the cloning.

    Joel,

    Greetings. Nice detail on the blacks and whites. A little off the bottom works for me. Looks like a slight magenta cast to my eye.

    This is what I was thinking for a crop. Cloned the OOF portion at the breast. Added 2 point of black and 2 points of grey in selective colour. What do you think?

    Very nice shot, with great head turn. I love the fact that you got just a hint of the red spot. Jim's repost helps the comp and tonal balance.
