I really like the waves in the water here. Good silhouette.

I would probably crop from the right a sliver, to decenter the bird, and eliminate the stray feather on the neck.

Real nice image. Love the color of the water, great pose, and I agree about the feather on the neck. Other than that well done.

As a fan of silhouettes this one worls well. Nice pose, and the wavelets are particularly appealing. I'm guessing the feather at the neck is a head feather blown by the wind...in any case I'd prefer it not there. You could enhance the colours by pushin the WB and/or tint even warmer...not a necessity but merely an option.
