    40D. 400 f5.6L at f/6.3. iso 400. 1/1000s.

    Nothing special.. liked the light and the water. I had my eyes set on this patch of calm water and was hoping the Pintail would swim by. didn't happen but as usual a Coot obliged.

    All C&C welcome and appreciated.

    Great image Kaustubh! I like the calm water, sharpness, exposure. HA and of course the low angle.

    Looks special to me. You managed to keep detail in the black bird without blowing out the water or the white beak.

    Very obliging coot to swim into that lovely patch of water. Perfectly exposed, plus your signature low angle capture. Beautiful shot.

    Photo has a very nice, soft and calm feeling to it. Good for you. Color scheme is excellent and really like the exposure. Nothing wrong with this Coot.
