These guys were coming into a dead Giraffe caught a few images as they come into land...Wished for a cleaner BG but this is what I got! Crits appreciated

Lovely image! Excellent pose, light, sharpness and detail. Nice composition too. BG looks fine to me as is and you can easily blur it a bit more.

    Dumay,

I would be more than happy to have this, the BG is not that bad. If I were really picky I could say that the Vultures right talon is patially obscured, but I do not mind it

Excellent pose and composition. I'm OK with the BG as it gives a sense of habitat...I would just perhaps darken the bottom layer a bit as it catches my eye a bit more than I would like. All else looks great.

Hey mate, who says a 100-400 cant produce the goods. Great IQ here, and just love the incoming flight angle and pose. This is really sharp, and that BG rocks. Well captured.

The IQ is superb and I would be very happy with the BG.
The focus on the bird is about as good as it gets.

After my eyes were finished looking at the bird they were led to the BG but only briefly, then straight back to the bird!
My only nit is the position of the right foot. I wish it was a touch lower, not obscured by that menacing head.
Naturally if this was mine I would proudly display it.

The bird looks fantastic and the light is perfect. I would be inclined to darken the FG a little.
