    1D4, 600mm IS, tripod.

    ISO 800, f/5.0, 1/500, +1 EC, Evaluative Metering, Aperture Priority.

    ACR - Clarity(+13), Vibrance(+11)

    PS - Just a teeny touch of Shadows & Highlights, smallish crop, Sharpened. A little eye dodging.

    Good exposure and nice calling pose. I like the dark band above and the strong lines created by the bent leg and its reflection. I'm debating wether the subject should be bigger or smaller in the frame, or composed differently ( a bit less canvas at right) and I would try to enhance the red iris.

    Lovely exp and like the use of space...Reflection works nicely! Maybe some off the bottom!

    Nice image Chris! I like the pose and open beak. I see a crop with some off the bottom as well.

    Well exposed Chris, and good timing to get the open bill. I do like the wading pose with the bent ankle, and another vote for taking a touch off the bottom.

    A real sweet bird caught in a great pose. I'm ok with the crop - same amount of space on top and bottom seems to add to the symmetry of the reflection image.
