I went out yesterday in some bad weather as we are starting to get our winter visitors. I liked the look back pose
this cute little gull gave me.

Another lovely flight shot. I like how the grey bg blends in nicely with the bird. That is motivating for me! Very sharp and really nice contrast. I wonder if eye area could be brightened a bit.

Very nice "soft" feeling. IQ is awesome as always. Do you have a bit more room all around as I find it a bit tight in the frame?
I like the pastels colors ie. greys, soft blacks, soft white and light pink feet.

Jim, good downstroke wing position, and I like the duo tone feeling to this. Good job with the high ISO, although there is noise visible on the edge of the near wing. Another vote for more space on the left.

Very nsie indeed - good exposure and detail, I too would give a little more room on the left and a tad more top and bottom, then I suspect you will possibly have a little less apparent noise.

Nice and sharp, I do wish it was flying a bit more toward you.

James, very nice details in the whites. loved the sharpness. I agree that a little more room around will help.
