    Hi Folks;

    Thought I would try another Pixel Bender Oil Painting so I picked this little Anna's female in our garden. Think I might have been a little hasty and never gave the little girl enough room to roam

    Comments welcome and appreciated.

    This is very appealing, Gus. I do like your frames. It's hard to be sure, but I think I would like this even better if the Pixel Bender effect were reduced on the hummingbird. That's one of those personal preference things, however.

    Nice one Gus, great pose you captured, and like rich processing on this!

    Gus, Nice job on the capture and processing on this one. The background color is nice. I think Dennis makes a good suggestion too.

    Hi Folks;

    Thanks for all your comments, paid attention to Dennis & Denise. This time I selected the Hummingbird and applied Pixel Bender Oil Painting to BG only. I personally like it that way. Also gave the Hummer more room to fly.

    Comments most welcome to advance my thinking.

    Keep smiling

    I like both versions, but probably the second one a bit more. Great hummer photo whichever way you stretch it!

    Well done. The lighter background and different frame treatment work nicely with the softer yellow feathers in this version.

    Both very nice Gus, I am undecided. They both have their strong points

    Gus, they are both beautiful but I think I like the second post because you can see the iridescence in the feathers and I like the lighter background.
