This is really quite arresting. Those eyes are incredible. I like the colors a lot. Kudos for cropping some off the bottom so the image isn't bisected.

Great looking expression you captured, Mitch, she is a cute one and looks very excited about something!
Like the flood effect and the purple curtains go well with that black fur. TFS!

Mitch, Very cool. I like the black cat with the purple curtains and the flood adds some interest. I wonder if the line in the middle were thinner how it would look but I am thinking you already looked at that. Nice job.

Hey Mitch, very appealing image. Love the question mark tail, which all cat owners will recognize immediately, as an impending pounce.
I agree with Denise on a slightly slimmer middle line...........no biggie, works great as is. The cats expression and posture just make this special.

Mitch, what a pose
I love the colors and the flood is perfect for the image. (She must be fun to live with).

Denise,
Thanks for your comments. I agree that the window sill is a distracting element. It was thicker originally, and I darkened it to make it less noticeable. I have to think of other ways to blend it in a bit more.

Cheryl,
Samantha Cat is a new member of our friend's household. She was from a shelter, so is still a bit skittish around people. Great eyes though!

Thanks Jay. I agree, I have to work on that window sill.
