Hello from Burnaby, British Columbia!

Hey everyone,

My name is Jess Findlay. I'm a 19 year old nature photographer from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada... a suburb of Vancouver. I've been photographing the natural world for about 3 or 4 years now. I primarily focus on birds but love to photograph mammals and landscapes as well. I have recently been awarded 2011 Youth Photographer of the Year by Nature's Best, which I am very excited about. Hopefully that, as well as getting feedback from all the great photographers on this site and other forums can help kickstart a career in this awesome field!
