This is probably pushing this week's theme a bit far, but I thought I'd share it with you just the same.
A few months ago, I was playing around with a bunch of flower flips. My mom saw a few of them and asked if I would do one for her. She wanted it to be an angel. It had to be colorful and the angel had to have red hair
My mother is 84 years old and when she asked for an angel, I was determined to give her one. The print now hangs in her bedroom.
Base image was a canna flower in my garden. I used several layer of topaz filters, radial blur and a touch of pb and fract.
