These two Elephants both fed from the same mother and were the same size, they might possibly be twins (it happens)

Look out Ken, looks like he's going rogue!!! Love the feisty look on the little guy.

Ken - almost nothing better than watching baby elephants playing. Nice detail and I like that you can just see a bit of the red tongue in the open mouth.

I like this one even better than the dog! Excellent. I got a big smile from it and the action couldn't be any better and more in our face. I love that red mouth and flailing trunk and ear. A terrifying moment no doubt!

Colours look very nice to my eyes too - lovely grass and flowers, but maybe the shadow side a little too blue, if you can take care of that without affecting the rest of the image. I also wondered about taking out most of the mother's leg to bring the terror closer to center stage - thought maybe even a hint of her leg would tell the story. But I really do like it as it is.

    Paul,

Thanks very much for your comments, I did try to get down the blue in the shadow but failed miserably

I have to say I have only had two terrifying experiences with Elephant, a long time ago a big bull charged our car in Etosha, and this year in Hwange a Mum with a calf got a little to close for comfort.

Like the look and the upturned trunk. He does look feisty!
