    Default Descending Bald Eagle

Here is another blur from Homer (this almost feels like a blur week) ...this was taken using 7D, Sigma 50-500 @363mm, 1/15sec @f5.6 in Tv mode and auto ISO (100). Backdrop is the mountain rock-face. For processing added a bit on the canvas to right and bottom. Applied Artie's technique of using curve to darken around the eye and bill. Also, used an adjustment layer for saturation and usm on the final web version. Hope you like it...

Great composition and a lot of action. In spite of the background having many of the same colors, the eagle stands out very well. Nice image.

This is very cool looking, Indranil, love the sense of motion, amazing BG diagonal line and color pattern. Am wishing for just a tad more detail to eagle, but still very nicely composed blur, and love the eagle pose.

Indranil, I really like the striated colors in the background and the circular blur motion of the wing. Neat

I'm really not a big fan of bird blurs but I do like this one. The face is nice and sharp and that seems to be my prerequisite for liking a blurred avian image. I, too, like the diagonal movement of the BG against his vertical wing movement. Nicely done!
