    Default Killdeer in flight

These little guys are speedy and unpredictable in flight. Got lucky.

Very nice details Duane. Head angle and eye contact are wonderful.

Great capture, angle and details. I only wish for a better wing position, either up or down.

You had to be fast to get this! Good flight angle . The position of the wings is not great, but it is an accomplishment just to catch them in flight.

I love this image as I can never get them with a clean bg like this.

The wing position is pretty normal for these birds as they fly like a glider and do not usuall use full wing flaps all the way up and down but rather very short flaps to about this height and not much lower than mid body on the downflap

Excellent results here and I wish it were mine
