Hi Ken, I like the pose! Processing doesn't do justice to this nice image and I see a stong S/H halo. I feel a vertical is the way to go in here. Image is not saved as sRGB resulting in dull colours on my monitor.
Ofer,
Not to sure where the halo comes from especially as I do not use S/H.
My save for web and devices has SGRB selected so not to sure what went wrong here.
I like your crop idea.
Cheers
Ken

Lovely image, i like both crops but may be leaning a little more towards the landscape as i like the space, a few colour issues it looks like more on the sky but im on my laptop at the moment so may well be my screen, will look again at home on the desktop.
Ken - I also see the halo. I prefer the vertical comp by a slight margin. I'm still hoping to get a leopard in a tree shot.
TFS,
Rachel
Well I have taken another closer look at the TIFF and there is no halo, but certainly something odd has occurred in the conversion to JPEG, all along the Leopards there is definitely a magenta edge added, no idea how tis could be caused either
Normally halos are visible on a treshold layer but I can see nothing there either

To help me understand, could someone who sees a strong halo tell me exactly where on the image? Perhaps a big crop posting to show it amplified?
Tom
No halos for me at least , May be due to web size , can be great image for B & W conversion
TFS
Harshad,
I think you are right about the B & W, I'll give it a go after we have walked the dogs![]()
I have applied some serious levels. You can see the halo, some cloning marks on the right and a few dust spots...![]()
What do you think about this version?
Ofer,
Looks like bad cloning to me, just as well I do not post it like that
Oh well here is a B & W
