Thought I would send this along to give everyone a good laugh. I was photographing a Green Jay recently and the wind was very strong. Just as he (?) turned away from me and bent over, a gust of wind nearly blew him off the log. This is nearly as it came from my D2x; just a slight increase in saturation and USM in PS. I was using a Nikon 400mm f2.8 lens @ f5.6-6.3 (not sure as it is an old manual focus lens and the setting doesn't record in my EXIF files) at !/250th sec. ISO 400, EV+1. Comments are always appreciated.

    God bless.....Dick Boone

A good laugh is right with this "end image". It would have been nice to have the rest of the tail....but then again I don't think the eye is going to wander much past the fluffy rear.
