This hummingbird has never come to my feeders. The streaming tail is quite a site to see in flight. I recognize that the photo is cropped too close to be aesthetically pleasing.
Very interesting bird and nice details in the feathers. I wish you had taken a step to the right as this would have moved the head of the bird away from the purple spot in the background and also improved the head angle potentially getting the beak in focus too.
