Default Wireless remote for Canon 7D

Hi, I hope you can advise me.

I'd like to set up my 7D with 100-400mm lens near a feeding station or garden and trigger the camera remotely to focus and take the picutre. Could someone possibly recommend a good wireless remote for the 7D. any help would be great.

Also, is there a way to transmit what's seen through the viewfinder back to a laptop to view a live image.

    Thanks

    Simon

Have a look at this wireless trigger set over at OutdoorPhotoGear.com. It does flash triggering but also works quite well as a wired or wireless camera trigger. This setup does not allow you to transmit what's seen through the viewfinder.

You can also use the Pixel TW-282, it's a wireless timer remote control, you can use it with wireless or with cord, and its also a timer control for time-lapse...
I will buy one in a month or two, I read some review and people seams to love it...
    On ebay for about $80.
