    Fantastic bg and nice pose,I would prefer a bit crop at the top and the right side,for better composition or little room on the left

    You did a fine job making this image, but I think there are a few things that could improve it. I've provided a repost. In it I added canvas to the left side so that I could recrop into a more pleasing composition where your subjects eye is near the upper-right intersecting third, and where your subject has a good amount of room to look into. I also lightened the image a bit using a combination of minor curves and levels adjustments.

    Nice edit Blake. Much better visual balance in that comp. The capture of the bird itself is good to begin with. Nice of the bird to turn and offer the profile to you. How much to you pay your models for that? :)

    I like shorebirds, dirty beaks and all. A nice portrait and the repost does it more justice.
