Blue Cypress Osprey
This past season at Blue Cypress Lake here in Florida was terrific and I cannot wait for the next season in the Spring! This image was taken with the Nikon D300 and Nikon 70-300VR, iso 640, f/8, 1/1600, post processed in NX2.

Hi Nancy, I know where he is landing! Nice out stretched wings and talons. Great light and really like how the branch anchors this shot so well. Hoping to get a few of thee guys in the Spring also.

Nancy, exceptional Image, The habitat and positioning to the Bird really adds greatly to the dynamics here. I cannot wait till Spring 2013 when I make it down there myself for a few weeks, these guys and this location is high on my list. enjoyed viewing, Congrats on a fine image!
