Looks like some impressive surf. Rock goes well with color of the bird. Sharp and well exposed. I do feel the bird could go a bit lighter to compete with the bright surf. Alternately, toning down the surf a bit would give the effect of the bird being brighter.
Nice display of the feet. Comp. works for me.

Nice pose and do note the perfect subtle head turned our way. The perch's incline has given you a great view of the feet. I'd personally prefer the subject a little more to the left of the frame. Strong effort, I like it alot.
