    Hi BPN,

This was created last night at ft. desoto. Its was a great night, things are really picking up. The wilson's plovers, semipalms, and least terns among others are back.

    canon Xti, 300 f/4 L + 1.4X
    5.6, 1/3000, -1/3 on Av, ISO 400 handheld.

    Enjoy,

    Chad

    Chad,

The pose is great and the light is nice and soft and you cant beat the subject, these birds are my favorites.

The crop looks too tight for me but the biggest issue is the lack of overall sharpness. I think the image just needs a little USM, not a lot, selectively applied to avoid haloing.

thanks. I think my problem (halo, ect.) may be from editing/resizing from work! Its is actually quite sharp.

The image is not sharp as presented. Love the pose (but for the head angle...)
