    Been working on processing old pictures and came across this photo of 3 out of 5 members of a Burrowing Owl family which I had the joy to photograph on several occasions this past Spring. I just love the light and wildflowers in this one. Hope you do too!

    Canon 40D, Canon 100-400L IS
    F16, 1/125sec, ISO 400, manual mode
    Feisol Tripod, Mongoose 3.5a head, down low

    Yes, flowers do add a lot, but the owls and the light are lovely as well. Very complete and beautiful image, Marina.

    Hey Marina, these guys are on my list for the coming spring. I love the way they go higher up the hill and the nice light and flowers.
