Hi from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Hi, my name is Mike Moruzi. I'm originally from Sudbury, Ontario (Canada), but have lived in Ottawa, Fredericton, Toronto, Vancouver and now Edmonton (just in Canada). I've also lived in Wellington, New Zealand and I consider home to be Melbourne, Australia where I lived the past seven years before shifting to Edmonton for work reasons. I've been shooting for nearly 30 years, but only periodically with any real dedication to improving my craft. I'm a keen photographer of a wide variety of subjects including nature. I maintain a regular photo blog over at www.insearchofstyle.wordpress.com. I very much enjoy shooting birds, but definitely not exclusively and never too seriously. I have two young girls and they always want to follow their dad wherever he goes. That's great, but it means I rarely spend very long shooting anywhere. Not great for the patient art of nature photography.

I just learned about this website today and after a quick look decided to jump on in. I'm looking forward to meeting some folks with similar interests.
