I am off in the am for a weeks with with the polar bears. I should have wi-fi once in a while and will keep you updated. This will be my 9th year with the bears, and I look forward to seeing them again.

Nice Halloween image, Chas! Like the snarl and comp. I'm glad there aren't bears eating the seals down here in So. Cal.. (just a few sharks)

Thanks so much for the Nik webinar, very informative, and gotta love the discount provided to attendees!

Attended the webinar today Chas - nicely presented.

Blood soaked noise and snow - ya gotta love it. Have a good trip and shoot.

Nice batch of color in this and I like how the blood spot and stones line up to form a reverse "J" and lead to the face.

A very natural scene that depicts part of the daily life of a polar bear, providing the food source is available. The blood stained fur, jaw slightly open and look to camera all creates an interesting image. Like the way you have detail in the eyes, difficult at the best of times considering they alway tend to reflect a coal, inky black, soulless feel.

Agree raw nature at its best. The stare , open jaw and fur texture make it for me.
