    Burrowing Owl at Cape Coral, Florida. He became a little irritated when Dad decided to move his tripod and showed it by puffing up his chest. Any & all comments welcome!

    Love that bg David !!!! Also like the selected crop a bit different from the usual The fluff feathers sure help Only wish a slight head turn!!! Excellent !!

    btw not sure he was upset When upset they usually move up and down !!!

    Love the bg color and the indignant fluffed up pose. The crop is unusual, but works. Just a very slight head turn as mentioned... Nice image!

    I agree that the head angle is wanting--I was mentally pleading with the owl to look my way while he did this, but my powers of inter-species telepathy clearly leave something to be desired! Also, sorry about the slightly neon-yellow/green look to the eyes. I'm (finally) home and looking at this on a calibrated monitor instead of my laptop!!!
