    Default Preening Oystercatcher




    To get this shot, I was sitting in the salt water in the lagoon got really low to eye level, waited patiently until this bird woke up and started to preen.
    BG is the ocean.

    Brilliant image toy. Very well took call to go low in water.
    HA, Sharpens is superb and so light angle.

    As always, a superb image, and brilliantly presented. Whites and blacks both perfectly controlled. And once again you're convincing me that I need to get in the water (if I ever get near a beach again).

    Lovely pose and excellent exposure, Troy.
    Very nice to see you posting bigger images (although BPN limits vertical to 800px and horizontal to 1024px)
    Low angle is terrific.
