    Default Starry Salsify!

This started as a closeup of the seed head of Salsify(?sp). I cropped, fracted a cupla layers, adjusted opacity, flattened, duped, opened dupe in fotosketcher and ran oilpainting. Then opened the fotosketcher file back in PS and added it as a layer to the original flattened fracted file and added a signature layer. Then on the fotosketcher layer, I used Liquify to twist the "stars" and finally, adjusted the opacity a little. C&C welcome.

Now this is FANTASTIC!!! Great OOTB thinking Dan and a beautiful wall hanger. I think the combo of filters helped you create a wonderful abstract. I even like your sig!

This looks great Dan! Very creative composition and very nice touch with the procesing. Love the subtle colors and light glow to it, has a nice energy and flow to it. Reminds me kind of an artist's illustration of neuron cells firing. Very well done! (I think your signature is cool too!!)

Dan, I'm very late to the show but WOW! This is fantastic - very fanciful and dreamlike to me. I love it

Dan, I don't know how I missed commenting on this image as I did see and thought it was awesome. Really nice work, love the geometry and colors, filter work, etc... High five and a glass of white wine for you. I know it looks like beer, but it's not.
