What you already said about the third nose (just not quite enough to echo the nose of the front buffalo) but I really like the interaction (ouch!) and just the general shape of the the subjects. It's an arresting and interesting shot, and both the choice of B&W and the conversion work for me very well. Reminds me of one of those metal sculptures local governments in Europe are so fond of (that is intended as a positive thing!).
I'm sure you've already considered it but I'd be tempted to try cropping tight top and right - maybe even left too) and cloning out the remaining little bit of #3 (or perhaps same and leave #3 in if you don't like to remove items).

Marc - nice conversion and definitely something different from you
. I would consider a crop from the top as well.

Well framed and captured, Marc, with a good choice in using B&W to convey this one. I agree the third nose is less-than-ideal, and support a crop from the top (very slight).
I like the echoed shapes of the buffalo horns in the BG.

Like the visual of the stacked heads and the OOF hints of horns in the BG. B/W conversion does work well for this one.
