I like the curves and the "S" shape here. A few steps around to the right might give a little better angle on the eye.
The whites under the chin look really bright to me and are measuring in the 255 range in at least one channel. Since there is detail in the other two channels though, some channel mixing and / or selective dodging should help.

Well, I like the eye angle, a bit different. The whites are on the hot side as mentioned by Jim and I'd crop some off the left.
