    Shreeni,

    This is a beautiful image of Painted Stork Juv to sub-adult plumage.

    Assume this was taken at Mysore (ranganthittu ?)
    If yes.
    I find the place very mystical best for specially to shoot this species including (River tern, Night Heron & Spot-billed Pelican, Stone curlew) in a close quarter.

    The best breeding platform over the river :)

    Great detail and eye contact but bird is too boxed in with this crop - If you have more room on the right and above I would loosen the crop up a fare bit. The crop of the left part of the bird seems ok to me. Nice background colours as well.

    Nice portrait of the stork. It does look a tad oversharpened to me especially the neck and upper shoulder area. TFS

    It is also apparently good for Tigers, and definitely for Sloth Bears, food is very good as well
