    Troy

this is superb image and i love the exposure and the creamy colors.

May be you could have darken legs to few points as the sand here worked as reflector and thrown heavy light over belly and legs.

A beautiful image, Troy. Love the pose and the exposure. Perhaps remove the blue cast on the shadow?

Mark, any advise on how I would go about doing that?
Mital, thank you, will tone it down a bit more.

Hi Troy. You can create a Saturation Layer, paint a mask to affect only the area, and lower the saturation.

Here's a quick and dirty fix that I did. Does it look more natural?

I don't see much different...are you talking about the tail area?

Nope, I'm referring to the bird's shadow behind the left(?) leg.

Nice pose, colours, composition, HA. Excellent low angle. As Mital points out the sand acted favourably as a reflector for the belly and chest. Mark's repost is nice on that shadow...

Did you get the actual "peak" wing-stretch too?

    Mark, thank you.
Daniel, I have to check to see if I have one that is at the peak.
