This image was created in April of 2009 and I'm not even sure what lens I used as my Exif doesnt tell me? I am assuming it was my 300 2.8 L but could have been my old 70-300mm. I also don't know the flash setting as it doesn't show either. I think this was before I started shooting raw or be fore I started saving my raw files . I used to convert to tiff then discard the raw yeah yeah I know WHAT??? New Port Richey downtown at Simms Park. Not much done here. removed a few bright spots NR and sharpening small crop.
I cut and Pasted the info that was saved:

That's one cute little duckling Cheryl! I really like the way the subject stands out from both foreground and background. Great low angle. Technicals are superb. You even have a perfect head angle catch light in both eyes. Very nice. I might try to eliminate that one light OOF area behind the bird.

Wow. This is a lovely image. I love the softness of it. Great shooting angle and wonderful background. I think lightening the left eye a tad would help to see some detail in it.
    Very well done.

Very cute and effective used of the FG grasses as framing. Lovely BG too (but the OOF blade directly benind the tail catches my eye). Good use of the light angle you had.

Good stuff above. Sweet and soft as can be; looks as if it were Pixel Bent a bit. Note that this is a feral bird (aka barnyard duck) not the offspring of a wild Muscovy.....

I learned that fact a few years ago and had no idea. I understand they are actually dangerous to our wild ducks here cause of disease they carry?

Wow, how cute and very beautiful!!!

Extremely low position of camera gives a very good composition. Nice!
