    This is an Avocet morphing into winter plumage, I took this while photographing with Doug Brown in Foster city area. Hope you like it

    I love how those little feet are peeking out back there as well as the flying dirt left behind. Great look at those wings as well. Another very nice shot Arash.

    Excellent banking angle Arash, sharp and well exposed. I like the trailing droplets from the feet. These guys are not easy to capture in flight, so you have captured an amazing flight pose here.

    Arash, well done. excellent dorsal view and vlean BG....you got the perfect HA as well...not always possible with such banking shot. details and exposure are terrific.
