Caught this guy here on Pinellas beaches in a scuffle with a few other snowys. I love the uplifted chest. Removed a few distracting shore birds and wings. I wished for more view of the front foot but was glad It was visible at all.

Nice EXP and pose and I like that you have the bird well back in the frame. A bit of bill clean-up is an option.

What a great shot! Great job getting the whites and blacks both spot-on, and the pose is fabulous. Agree with Artie on the bill cleanup.

Great pose, excellent exposure and sharp. Crop works well but I think this tight vertical is also an option. WDYT?

You know your stuff Ofer. I like that alot. I did try a vertical and felt I wanted to give him more strutting room but I actually feel your crop gives all attention to the attention getter! Thanks for your time on that.

    Thanks everyone else as well.

Cheryl, excellent exposure on the whites, and just love that 'proud' walking posture. Before scrolling through the comments, I could see this as a vertical too, so I like Ofer's repost. I really like the softer colours of the sea. Maybe a little more room at the bottom.

Always nice when you can get two images out of one. I like both the horizontal and the vertical. Your exposure is great as is the pose you captured.

I too like both crops. Wonderful job on this Cheryl. Just love that pose. Almost looks like a tightrope walker trying to balance! Awesome job on the EXP.
