The whites look clipped on the front. Let's talk about the exposure techs. When shooting a bird with this much white you must expose for the bright areas - the whites. Everything else will fall in place. The main issue is, too much light hit the sensor and caused overexposure. Look at the histogram, the right corner will show clipped - moreover lost detail. I do not use ISO settings lower than 400 the majority of the time. 160 is too low and limits your exposure options. With a higher ISO, one can increase the shutter speed and mitigate over-exposure. The f/6.3 aperture is fine (nice DoF), the adjustment needed is a faster shutter. Which will also help with sharpness and image detail.
