I got some nice images of this cub too - one of my favorite subjects from the trip - but I don't believe I got one like this.

I like how the BG radiates in a fanning shape outward from the bear. The grass at the bottom provides a good anchor to the image. Love the grass stalks sticking in the nose.

Good to see you posting here Haim.

A very beautiful image of this youngster, you have captured the air of innocence so well

I agree totally with Robert's comments on the BG and grasses.

A lovely image indeed, Haim! Love the expression. I echo Robert's comments on the BG and feel this is one of your best images posted here to date...

Would agree with what Robert said. An overall excellent image capturing expression, subject appeal, pleasing background and foreground. Nice one.

Great expression, love the inquisitive look, raised paw, grass in the nose, they all add interest to the image, even the small bug above the right ear. Certainly the FG grass gives a good platform to the image.

You can't have too many bears.

This is outstanding! You captured fabulous detail in that youthful fuzzy fur and a wonderful look of curiousity. This image is not only beautiful technically, it shows great emotion.

Great shot as mentioned, but it doesn`t look like grass to me, because it`s far to white.
It`s more likely broken off porcupine quills in it`s nose and lip.

What ever it is on the nose, it`s still a great shot !
