Hi Satish. Tough light quality and angle, and too bad the heron has past you at time of capture. The composition would also have benefitted with more room in front of the heron for it to "fly into". A round of NR would be good for the background too. Good exposure for what you had, and good wings up and outstretched legs - perfect theme pose.
