    I was scrolling through some images the other day, and thought this would be perfect for this months theme. An Egyptian goose coming into land at Austin Roberts - a local pond in Pretoria.

    Yep, nice landing pose for the theme! I like the purplish sheen on the wing's secondaries. Good exposure control too with the black and white in the plumage.

    Very nice pose and I love how you captured the head and eye peeking this way. Nice sharp details

    Nice all the way around. Really struck by the white feathers, looks almost like a piece of fabric draped over his wings.
