    Cropped from 4256x2832 to 2434x1671

    Highlight recovery, lighten head area, linear burn some area, curve, add a bit of vibrance, NR and sharpen

    My first time getting to photograph a common kingfisher, the HA is a bit off but it showed it beautiful back.

    excellent colors, sharpness and BG. very good techs.

    It looks a bit on the brighter side on my monitor. Compostion-wise, I think the bird should be a little lower in the frame.

    I like this image. IQ has held up very well despite largish crop. I love the colors in this image. Hardly "common" and a bird I would love to see in real life someday. TFS,

    Great shot and great colours! I would also like the bird a bit lower in the frame...let's just say use rule of third in the vertical axis.

    I like the tucked in tail pose and the sweet BKGR. It does look a bit bright overall to me also. In general you would want more room below the bird than above. Pointing the lens down a bit and more to the left would have yielded a better COMP with the bird lower and more to our right in the frame.
