Hello everyone. Here is shot I was able to capture during my time with the black-necked stilts. Hope you enjoy. C&C welcomed and encouraged.
Camera - Nikon 300s, Lense - Nikon 200-400 w/1.4 tc, Exposure - 1/500, Aperture - F8, ISO - 250, Focal Length - 550mm, Metering - Multi Segment, Aperture Priority.
Image nicely designed and the harsh light was handled relatively well. I like that you avoided a merge between the top of the head and the far bank, and I like the slightly open bill. The second layer of mud looks quite funky as if it were over-lightened.... And the birds feathers seem a bit noisy which makes no sense unless the ORIG were well underexposed.
