    Good theme image with the take-off pose. Nice far wing and neat BG. Blacks on the face look rather blocked (not sure how recoverable they are in post), and I wish for less aroom above and more below.

    I'm going to second everything Daniel said here. Underexposed blacks can be tough to bring up with the 7D.

    Way wicked pose. I'd take a crack at opening up the face. Otherwise ditto Doug's ditto of what Dan said.

    Jeff, Well done on the repost. The simple act of creating a JPEG increases contrast making the WHITEs whiter and the BLACKs blacker.
